Simpler vs simple
I believe I was responsible for that phrase "a simple matter" when I edited this article a while back, and it's most definitely a typo. Cutting a giant hole through the base of a 400-foot high concrete dam is not easy. However it's still easier than removing the entire dam. Hence simpler. Shannon04:36, 9 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
